Club House Design Project

Last year I designed the new Lodge at Chechessee Creek Club.
Finally... here are the pictures to prove it!
The construction on the 12 bedroom building took 11 months and was finally completed right at Christmas. (One week before my baby was born!) We did everything from soup to nuts.
The bathrooms were are real struggle so thankfully my friend Maggie from G. Interiors was able to help. The owners wanted a neutral crisp environment where they could relax comfortably after a long day on the links.
Here is what we came up with.

Front Hallway
Gathering Room

Liquor Cabinet

Gathering Room Bar

Card Table

Powder Room

Screened in Porch

Blue Guest Room

Tan Guest Room
All of the furnishings, pillows, and linens you see here are available at Number Four Eleven!

Loving Lilac

We just got in adorable shower curtains and waste baskets from John Robshaw!  The "Loon" pattern would be so cute in a girl's bathroom paired with our lavender fouta towels.

Just imagine if the bedroom looked like this...

Then wouldn't the basket, shower curtain and towels look so good in an all white bathroom?

Before and After

These are some last few shots of the Isle of Hope cottage makeover.  Thanks again to the amazing homeowner and to Allison Morgan, who took all the beautiful shots for us.

Another makeover!

I hope everyone has enjoyed reading about Claire's makeovers, she worked so hard on those and the end result was fantastic. Now I thought I'd share a makeover from one of our favorite bloggers and customers, Amanda over at Dixie Delights. She just posted her guest bedroom makeover and it looks great, of course. To be honest, when I first saw the post I thought it was her master bedroom, not her guestroom, so that should give you some indication of how much detail and effort was put into this project! You can see the entire makeover here, but here are a few shots to pique your interest:

Here is the custom monogram we did for her on her bedspread. Adding a monogram to a plain white duvet is the easiest way to add some style to your room without having to buy a completely new set of bedding.

This is a great overall shot of the space. I love how she used a dresser instead of a traditional side table. The chair and side table at the foot of the bed are a good example of how to use that dead space and make the room more comfortable - a space you could really relax in.

Love Amanda's custom monogram? Email me and I'd be happy to create one for you as well!

Before and After - Isle of Hope

These are some more photos that our friend, photographer Allison Morgan, took at the Isle of Hope cottage. This is the living room that was built off of the back of the house where an outdoor patio once was. The room was built around those amazing antique wood cabinets that our client found in North Carolina. They are amazing! We added shiplap on the walls, a coffered ceiling and a big built-in bookcase. The fireplace was the orinigal outdoor stone fireplace. The floors got a dark stain and we added a seagrass rug from Merida Merdian and an antique Oushak runner. We had the curtains made out of a seaglass colored slubby linen with a braided natural linen trim.  The zinc lantern was another one-of-a-kind find.

Before and After at Isle of Hope

Here are some more before & after shots of the Isle of Hope cottage. This was the dining room before we started. Things were being moved around while the living room was under construction, so it was a little crazy in there!

Here are the "after" shots that Allison took for us...

I took this bad camera phone shot!  I just wanted you to see how the French antique sideboard turned out once I painted it from yellow to a distressed blue.
