For the Love of Lynn

Savannah has many talented natives. One in particular is Lynn Morgan. Although she now resides in New York City, we are fortunate enough to have Lynn as a part-time neighbor to Number Four Eleven. Her gorgeous Savannah vacation residence is right around the corner. We very much look forward to her seasonal visits filled with great ideas and a fresh perspective.
Her projects have been primarily in Metropolitan New York, Connecticut, and vacation properties in Nantucket, Vermont, Martha’s Vineyard, Palm Beach, and the Rockies. Her design concept and philosophy for decorating is to have a clean, crisp, dramatic look with a touch of whimsy while maintaining a traditional approach. We hold her taste to the highest regards, and look forward to seeing her many projects she has in the works.

The Color of Sea Glass

Today we're thinking of the blues and greens of sea glass...
A new display at Number Four Eleven...

We loved this fabric that we used on the seats of a set of vintage bamboo dining chairs last year. It had the most beautiful combination of sea glass blues and greens. Then we painted the chairs in Benjamin Moore "Sea glass". So yummy!


These pistachio gourd lamps look pretty when mixed with shades of soft blues at our shop.

Rattan

We love introducing different textures into a room. It gives it more dimension and makes it that more interesting. Rattan in small doses goes a long way.

A Pop of Orange!

All shades of orange just scream summer. Tangerine, melon, sherbert and sienna. Summer's not over yet, but with Fall around the corner, what could be a better transition color?

We just got in orange drum stools and gourd lamps like these! Got the inspiration from Dovecote in Westport, CT.
