By taking the time to create a one of a kind monogram you can change the entire look of your bedroom in seconds. You don"t even have to do the entire bed. By keeping with the color scheme of your room, add an over-sized monogram to an accent pillow and throw it in the middle of your bed of a chair.

Idea No. 2

Our second idea for a small change that can make a big difference is refreshing your entryway. Switch out a mirror for a group of prints. Add a stack of design books. Add some seasonal flowers and a new yummy candle. We just got candles in from Linnea's Lights (thanks for the tip Velvet & Linen!) and the packaging is so fresh and clean.

If you have more time, paint stripes or add a fun wallpaper.

Welcome 2010!

Small changes can make a big difference. Over the next couple of weeks we'll throw out some ideas for making small changes to every room in your house. Reusing and refreshing your stuff for 2010!

The first idea is to spruce up your kitchen or library cabinets. Start by painting the insides a fun color. On library cabinets you can even hang artwork inside or add some simple grosgrain trim or nail heads to the shelves.
