Small changes can make a big difference. Over the next couple of weeks we'll throw out some ideas for making small changes to every room in your house. Reusing and refreshing your stuff for 2010!The first idea is to spruce up your kitchen or library cabinets. Start by painting the insides a fun color. On library cabinets you can even hang artwork inside or add some simple grosgrain trim or nail heads to the shelves.
