Gaston Street Update

The install is so close! Kitchen is near completion, bathrooms are in and the entire  house smells like fresh paint. This project has come a LONG way in just three short months.  With the clients vision and fine local craftsmanship this downtown house has completely transformed. I can not wait to see all of the fabulous light fixtures,  furniture, and one of a kind finds put into place. Here is a sneak peak (I had posted more before photos a while back).
All doors and most trim are Farrow and Ball Charleston Gray
Arsenic (Farrow and Ball) banister runs all the way up 3 flights of stairs
A view from the third floor looking down
Before and After shots of the upstairs den.
The first of many paint schemes ... and the FINAL. Arsenic pocket doors that separate the front parlor from the dining room. Amazing brass hardware coming soon!

The stairwell when we were playing with ideas.... below... New ornate trim designed By Harley. The stairs are now white with a light gray sea grass runner. Philip Jefferies Union Square wallpaper is being installed next week all the way up this wall. Excited!

The foyer with its new wider entrance into the living room. Harley's work is so detailed ... as you can see in the butlers pantry pictured below.

Dining room detail.... wait until you see the other side! The Ro Sham Beaux Annanas sconces look amazing in here.

One of the third floor guest bedrooms. This shot shows the ceiling color that runs throughout the entire house really well. Pavilion blue. We chose it because its arsenic dumbed way way down. looks so great.
